Betty gave us some gorgeous colors for today's Color Combination Challenge. They are:
Pear Pizzazz
Perfect Plum
Baja Breeze
Neutrals of choice
The dessert was to have a banner or banner-like flags. Obviously I chose not to add banners to my pines. : )
I tried something new for me. I brayered on Baja Breeze rather than white, which I usually do. I also stamped with acrylic paints.....pearl finish first and then pure white. If you do this, be sure to scrub your stamps IMMEDIATELY with soap and water since dried acrylic paint is NOT water soluble. After the trees, I did my spritzing and toothbrush spattering for a snowy(blizzard) scene.

I love the way the brayered colors worked on the baja breeze paper - beautiful. This is gorgeous and I love the depth of the white on the trees. What a stunning card.
